Hotel Booking Inclusions

• Well-appointed rooms
• Complimentary breakfast in a designated area in the hotel for in-house guests only
• Packaged drinking water (two bottles per room per day)
• Request for King/Twin bedded rooms will be accommodated as per availability at the time of check in
• Wired and wireless internet usage during the stay

Terms and Conditions

• Hotel Standard Check-in time: 14:00 Hrs
• Hotel Standard Check-out time: 11:00 Hrs
• Early check-in/Late check-out will only be given subject to availability and will be charged extra

Cancellation Policy

• Non-Cancellable, Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable: All reservations made at hotel are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
• Exceptions for Extraordinary Events: In rare cases of extraordinary circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government-imposed restrictions), we will review the situation and may consider special accommodations on a case-by-case basis. However, our non-refundable policy will generally still apply.
